Questions
What is a credit?
One credit is the unit premium operations are metered in. Free batch tools never cost a credit; the heavier studio features cost one, two or three credits depending on the work they do.
Do the basic PDF tools still cost anything?
No. Merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, JPG to PDF and PDF to PNG stay free, with no account required, no watermark and files deleted after the download. Credits only cover the AI and document-security features.
When am I charged?
Only when an operation finishes successfully. A refused request, an invalid file or a failed job costs nothing, and retrying the same job never charges twice.
What happens when my credits run out?
Premium features stop and tell you the balance; nothing else breaks. Free tools keep working, and a Pro subscription or a credit pack tops the balance up again.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on the account, including the monthly allowance a Pro subscription adds, which accumulates if you do not spend it.
Can I move credits to someone else?
No. Credits belong to the account that earned them. That keeps the balance tied to one person, which also means it can later be mirrored by a token without changing how the pricing works.
How can I pay?
Checkout will run through Paddle, which handles cards, PayPal and local payment methods and issues the invoices. Until it is connected, the operator adds credits on request; nothing is charged automatically.
Can I use it with a team?
Accounts are individual today. If you need several people on one workspace, write to the operator and a team plan can be arranged.
